BIO:
Board experience prior: YES
I have served six years on the County 4-H Leaders Board, including two years as President, one year as Vice President, and three years managing financial records. As a retired Ironworker, I was responsible for staying within project budgets ranging from $15 million to $800 million across various industries, including schools, factories, nuclear plants, and businesses. I understand the importance of ensuring compliance with bylaws and working toward maintaining a clean and well-managed community as it was in the past. My goal is to help reduce the budget fairly for all parties while ensuring financial responsibility. I will work diligently and impartially with management, owners, and board members to make informed decisions that benefit the community. Additionally, many owners are not in compliance with the bylaws, and both past and present board members have had disagreements on budgeting and spending. I will strive to ensure clarity in the bylaws, promote fair financial management, and act in the best interest of the entire community. I am committed to bringing fairness, transparency, and fiscal responsibility to the board. |
